This is truly a nice wig ladies, I do like the fact that you can add water to it and it will curl, although I have not tried to add water . Wearing this wig right out the pack is not something that I would recommend doing. I actually curled this wig with my flat iron and it actually came out very pretty.
Jerry Curl reminds me of relaxed African American hair, thick and full.

Alright Ladies so this is the second wig I have done by Its A Wig Collection, the very first wig I was so impressed with which was the Kanya human hair lace front, I will give it to this brand they do know they’re wigs, however I do not like the combs in this unit simply because they are positioned in the wrong area. But if you know like me just put those adjustable straps a little more snug and you will not need to use the combs at all.
When you first take this wig out of the pack you will need to do some serious Finger combing or use a big wide tooth comb to get the tight curls loose in her. She is a very pretty curly wig the style of the wig is very full. Okay so I do like the ITS A WIG brand now.

When you decide to buy a wig, you have to make certain choices as well. There are full lace wigs and front lace wigs available in the market. You have to be selective and know the fundamentals before you proceed.
Many people prefer front lace hairpieces. They are the latest and very trendy to sport.
There are five important points you must remember in order to make the best choice.
1) The shape of your face.
Your wig should complement your face structure. You should first take a good long look at yourself in the mirror and check the shape you sport. Is it heart-shaped, oblong, square, pear-shaped or round? Your face shape is the most important consideration when buying a wig.
2) Measure your head.
You have to get the correct measurements of the circumference of your head, ear to ear across the head, ear to ear across the forehead, front to nape, temple to temple round back, and the nape of neck. Especially, if you are going in for a custom-made wig as the suppliers do not hold themselves accountable for wrong measurements given.
3) Decide on the type of lace.
You have basically two choices when it comes to the lace base. You either go in for a Swiss lace or a French lace. Both are thin and merge very well with your scalp. No one will ever notice you are wearing a wig. The French lace base however is slightly more durable and comes in a variety of colours.
4) Choose the colour and texture.
While the lace base matches your scalp, the hair has to be in line with the existing colour and texture so as to merge well and give you a natural look.
5) Chose between the designs.
You have a Standard Design Lace Front where you can see through in the front and an Alternate Design Lace Front where you can see through in the front and top. Choose what suits your lifestyle.
Once you have done this 5-point check, you can get yourself a Front Lace Wig. Go ahead and wear one. It’s time you gifted yourself the Superstar look!

You will need to determine what type of base will suit your lifestyle and your skin as well. Is an outdoors person, do you have the type of skin that perspires often, what are the weather conditions where you live- all of these will have to be taken into account when ordering your wig. Keep in mind also how much time you can afford to spend on maintaining your wig.
One of the first and most important points to remember is that a wig has to fit correctly on your head. Go for a custom made wig as this is best option for you. In order to get a great fit you need to take the correct measurements of your head.
The second step is to decide on a base. This is the material on which the hair is set. Choose your base depending on your lifestyle. A lace base is much in demand and is the best option currently available.
When you place a lace base on your scalp it merges very well with the skin and no one can have a clue that it exists on you.
There are three types of bases – Super fine Swiss Lace, Swiss Lace and French Lace
The Super fine Swiss lace is the thinnest in quality. It is also the most delicate base available. Perfect for use in the front, as it is invisible and does not show.
Swiss lace is slightly thicker as compared to the Super Fine quality. This does not mean that it is visible. In fact this lace is also a good lace for the front, as you cannot see it. It is also more durable in strength. A lot many people prefer to use French lace as a base. This is extremely durable and cannot be seen from the front as well. You can get this base in different colours, perfectly matched with the exact colour of your scalp and face. The available colours include peach, orange, tab, white, brown and black.
You can choose any of the three suiting your convenience and lifestyle. Once you do, then you can decide on the next component that is the hair.

Hey Divas & Divos I thought I would try out the Vanessa brand synthetic lace front wigs. This will be my second Vanessa brand wigs, I noticed for a long while they were very hard to find online, very few sites would sell them.
As for this wig, she is nice, very full meaning a lot of hair, very long with loose waves. I decided for this particular wig to style her a little different, sometimes I don’t like a lot of hair in my face, and the more the hair the more tangled it can sometimes get.
