Hey Divas there is nothing wrong with a cheap priced lace front especially if you are on a budget or a beginner. I have bought several lace wigs and wigs from Apex Hairs, but I do like they’re full lace wigs, the price is low and the hair quality has improved from the first lace wigs I purchased from them.
This unit reminds me a lot of my Full lace Shantell Deep wave in color 1 by Apex hairs just in a lace front style.
I decided not to use any glue or tape with this unit being that it came with combs in the front.

I’m interested in buying a full lace wig. I’ve read online and watched youtube videos on it and it says that with the correct adhesive glue and tape the wig will stay on for up to 2-3 weeks, and also being able to shower, condition, and style the wig while it’s on. But won’t my real hair underneath the wig get gross without it actually being shampooed and cleaned for up to 3 weeks?
Yes your hair will be gross. If you shampoo daily or even two to three times a week, keeping a wig on your head for three weeks will drive you crazy. Don’t listen to these wig sellers they just want your money. If you still want a lace get the glue less kind.

When you decide on wearing a wig, you have choices here as well. What will be the material of your hair, will it be a front or full lace wig, what about the hair density and colour etc.
All wigs require certain components that you need to get together in order to wear it. These three main components are the base, hair and accessories.
You will need to determine what type of base will suit your lifestyle and your skin as well. Is an outdoors person, do you have the type of skin that perspires often, what are the weather conditions where you live- all of these will have to be taken into account when ordering your wig. Keep in mind also how much time you can afford to spend on maintaining your wig.
One of the first and most important points to remember is that a wig has to fit correctly on your head. Go for a custom made wig as this is best option for you. In order to get a great fit you need to take the correct measurements of your head.
The second step is to decide on a base. This is the material on which the hair is set. Choose your base depending on your lifestyle. A lace base is much in demand and is the best option currently available.
When you place a lace base on your scalp it merges very well with the skin and no one can have a clue that it exists on you.
There are three types of bases – Super fine Swiss Lace, Swiss Lace and French Lace
The Super fine Swiss lace is the thinnest in quality. It is also the most delicate base available. Perfect for use in the front, as it is invisible and does not show.
Swiss lace is slightly thicker as compared to the Super Fine quality. This does not mean that it is visible. In fact this lace is also a good lace for the front, as you cannot see it. It is also more durable in strength. A lot many people prefer to use French lace as a base. This is extremely durable and cannot be seen from the front as well. You can get this base in different colours, perfectly matched with the exact colour of your scalp and face. The available colours include peach, orange, tab, white, brown and black.
You can choose any of the three suiting your convenience and lifestyle. Once you do, then you can decide on the next component that is the hair.

This is my first application in a LOOONG time. It turned out okay but I still need practice. I love this hair I just got to figure out how to wrap it. LOL This is a 20″ Kinky straight I actually cut it blunt in the back which I think I may have messed it up but I’m going to work with it.
The density on this wig is 130% which is kind of thick now that I have it on however I wanted my kinky straight to look like blown out hair. This looks more like an Italian Yaki.
